CECADS | About Us – The African Champion for Africa-China Knowledge Exchange
Our story

More than a consultancy. A bridge.

CECADS (Hangzhou Kunning Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.) was founded to address a persistent gap: the lack of a dedicated, Africa‑focused knowledge partner in China. While many firms offer China tours or generic consulting, none were built specifically for African governments, institutions, and organisations — with African leadership, African priorities, and African protocols at the centre.

Headquartered in Hangzhou, we are an independent knowledge hub that designs and delivers executive study tours, immersion programs, and strategic consulting for African delegations seeking structured engagement with China's policy environment, industrial leaders, and cultural landscape.

Our name, CECADS, reflects our core purpose: Knowledge Exchange, Strategic Advisory for Development and Sustainable Developement for Africa. We do not believe in templated solutions. Every program, every consultation, every recommendation is bespoke — because every African client's mission is unique.

What defines us

The five pillars of CECADS

How we build trust, deliver excellence, and protect your reputation — in every engagement.

01

Sovereignty

We are not brokers or middlemen. We are a knowledge hub with direct access to government and corporate networks. We own our relationships. We do not outsource your mission.

02

Precision

Every program is bespoke. Every proposal is tailored. We reject templated solutions because your objectives are not generic. Precision is not a luxury — it is our standard.

03

Discretion

We handle government protocols, sensitive data, and competitive intelligence with absolute confidentiality. Silence is currency. Protocol is non‑negotiable.

04

Ownership

We manage, not coordinate. End‑to‑end ownership means one point of contact, one standard of excellence, and one team accountable for your success.

05

Bridge

We are equally credible in Africa and China. We understand both sides — the protocols, the politics, the unspoken rules. That is why doors open when we call.
